Google. It's a noun. It's a verb. It's what people do first on the Web. It sometimes seems as though Google is everywhere -- except Washington. Now, its D.C. profile may be about to change, as Google faces high-profile lawsuits, PR battles and legislation that could dramatically change its fortunes.
